Fairwater Properties understands that our Partners have worked hard for their capital.  Now it’s time for the capital to work hard for them.  Fairwater Properties partners with qualified investment partners through registered and non-registered funds.  Those investments are utilized to secure only those opportunities that provide stable, predictable returns.  Investments are not locked and Partners have flexibility to withdraw in favourable short time periods.
